Concur Expense and Travel Management System

Since Fall 2016, the Concur Team has been working on automating and standardizing the campus' travel and expense process. This roll-out will be done division by division. Continuous Improvement: Customer Satisfaction Survey

Listening to our customers (students and employees) is vital to our operations. The Road to Success Customer Satisfaction Survey, administered by a third party vendor, provides valuable insights on how you, our customers, experience the many services within the division. We use this data to focus our resources and efforts in making improvements.  View the results.


 

Position Budgeting Planning System (PBPS)

Critical to student success is ensuring that campus has available funds for positions supporting the student experience. The Resource Planning and Budget Office has developed a system of tracking and managing academic and staffing resources through the Position Budgeting Planning System (PBPS).
