Charges:

With the merger of the Administration and Business and Financial Affairs Divisions and implementation of new human resources and financial systems, we must examine opportunities to improve our business processes. The charge of this task force is to recommend to the strategic planning steering committee a short list of critical processes for potential review; conduct a high-level analysis of processes selected by the steering committee; consult with campus constituents as appropriate; and recommend strategic goals, objectives, and action plans to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes.
