The Division of Administration and Finance initiatied a
strategic planning effort following the merger of Administration & Business and Financial Affairs to:
- Ensure all functional, operational, and service aspects are aligned to meet the needs of the university.
- Define and prioritize goals and objectives and ensure they are consistent with the mission of the division and university.
- Provide the highest level of services required and desired by the campus community.
