Strategic Planning

Following a collaborative and consultative strategic planning process, a Division of Administration and Finance Strategic Plan was reviewed and adopted in the summer of 2008.

The strategic plan focuses efforts on the following four strategic goals and aligns resources with priorities.

  • Maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of Division services and functions
  • Identify and obtain new resources
  • Optimize customer service
  • Invest in the personal and professional growth of Division staff

History and Process

The Division of Administration and Finance strategic planning effort started in 2005 to:

  • Ensure all functional, operational, and service areas are aligned with the needs of the University.
  • Define and prioritize goals and objectives and ensure consistency with the mission of the Division and University.
  • Provide the highest level of services required and desired by the campus community.
