Organizational Development
Organizational Development serves as a partner with Division of Administration and Finance managers
and staff in developing organization and people strategies that support the values of the Division and expand capacity and performance. The Division is committed to building a high performance culture through organizational
and professional development programs that expand and build strategic skills, capabilities, expertise, and retention. Organizational Development advances opportunities to improve our work environment, increase staff satisfaction, motivation, and effectiveness, and ensure efforts are aligned with Division and University
goals.
Organizational Development also provides leadership in designing and implementing University-wide
programs through a new University Business Institute
and University Leadership Academy.
