The goal of the Administration and Finance Quality Improvement Program is to promote and assist departments with the following efforts:

Strategic planning
Assessment of customer needs and satisfaction
Process analysis and improvement
Performance measurement and evaluation
Identification of best practice quality enhancement strategies and transfer of best practices
