Mentor Program
In May 2008, the Division launched a pilot mentoring program focusing on the professional and personal development of new managers by connecting them with experienced managers who can provide information and encouragement.

Extended Orientation for New Managers
The arrival of some two dozen new managers to the division within a 2-year period led to the development of programs designed to acquaint new managers with one other and with the campus, and to encourage personal and professional growth.

Professional Development for Managers
Divisional Professional Development Alerts include calendars of webcasts and other programs, relevant articles, expert sources, and other useful tools.

Staff Professional Development includes information about training for leads and supervisors.
