Naomi
joined the University in 1996 as the Director of Employee Training and
Development and has served as Assistant Vice President since November 1999,
overseeing a broad range of projects and initiatives on behalf of the Vice
President. Naomi currently coordinates the Division’s strategic planning
efforts and is responsible for managing Division Information Technology,
Organizational Development, Division Finance, and Division communication.
She also serves as liaison for Division audit activities and for University
quality initiatives.
Prior
to her tenure at Cal State Fullerton, Naomi worked at Disneyland for
thirteen years where she held a variety of operational management and human
resource positions.
