Mr. Barrett has served as Associate Vice President of Administration since joining Cal State Fullerton in May 1998. He served as Acting Vice President for Administration from March 2001 to October 2001. He has been very instrumental in the recent College Park building acquisition and other areas of importance throughout the division and the university. Prior to coming to Cal State Fullerton, Mr. Barrett served as Executive Director of Administrative and Logistical Services and Deputy Associate Vice President for Administration at the University of Connecticut. Earlier, he was Director of Parking & Transportation at the University of Massachusetts, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and his Masters of Public Administration.
